TERMS AND CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY

Terms and Conditions: By signing the below Invoice with Universal Publishing NYC, I the cardholder, understand and agree to the terms as follows.  I agree to pay and authorize the amount due to Universal Publishing NYC which will charge my credit card for the services provided.  In the event that my credit card becomes invalid for any reason I agree that I will provide a new credit card upon request for any outstanding balances due.  Furthermore I confirm that once I receive all goods and services in a suitable condition that Universal Publishing NYC has fulfilled their obligation under the terms of this agreement.  I am aware if there are any issues regarding this invoice I shall call their Risk Department at 631-313-9227 to discuss any problems incurred.

 

By signing below I understand that I have 3 days from the time of purchase to cancel my order with a guaranteed full return of purchase.  I understand that I can cancel my order in that time frame by returning any and all merchandise to Universal Publishing NYC.
